All About Ear Seeds
Ear Seeds are little pellets that are stuck on your ears (sterling silver, gold or vaccaria plant seed options). We stick them on acupuncture points to help stimulate these specific points with acupressure. Throughout the day you will stimulate by rubbing these points on your ears very lightly.
There are many things we can help with by just using Ear Seeds at home, however, they are much stronger in combination with acupuncture. When used in between acupuncture appointments, this is a great way to get some at home relief.

During our first tele-health we will discuss your health history and concerns. We will then create a specific plan for you and I will let yu know where you need to place the EarSeeds and which ones to purchase. Once you get your seeds in, we will make a follow up appointment.
